Our profiles are 100% traceable
Permanently traceable
At Heuvelman Staal we provide all our materials with a standard label on which relevant information is shown, including the associated heat number of the profile in question. However, by stamping profiles, the heat number is permanently marked in the material and therefore remains traceable at all times, even when the label is removed from the material.
Standard for S355 steel beams
Steel beams coming from our stock in S355 are usually stamped, unless explicitly specified otherwise. For other profiles and grades, we can provide stamping upon request.
Fully traceable with 3.1 mill test certificate
We only keep profiles in stock for which full traceability is guaranteed. Additionally, for all profiles, in any grade, a corresponding 3.1 MTC according to EN 10204 can be provided. If you require a 3.1 MTC, please indicate this at the time of ordering. We supply S355 grade steel beams as standard with a 3.1 MTC.
OUR SERVICES
Sawing
Cutting profiles to the required length is one of the services offered. We can perfrom sqaure cuts and mitre cuts, both horizontal and vertical mitre cuts.
Shot blasting
Any contaminants such as rust and mill scale are removed by shot-blasting. SA 2.5 is our standard.
Prime painting
By providing the steel profiles with a layer of primer, the material is temporary protected against external influences such as moisture.
Hot-dip galvanizing
Hot dip galvanizing is an effective method to protect steel against corrosion, rust and other harmful influences.
Bending
Bending steel beams is one of the additional services we offer. Our collaboration with external experts provides us the opportunity to deliver this high-quality service.
Stamping
By stamping materials with the corresponding heat number, we ensure that the material remains permanently traceable.
