Prime painting
By applying a layer of primer to the steel profiles the material is (temporary) protected against external influences such as moisture. This prevents corrosion from forming on the material when it comes into contact with moisture. Prior to applying the primer, the material is always shot-blasted (SA 2.5) to remove any contaminants and to ensure the profile has an ideal roughness of the surface for better adhesion of the primer.

Protected against external influences
Primer
Our primer is water-based. The primer we apply to our profiles is not a durable coating but a temporary transport primer. We spray the primer to an average thickness of 25 microns. This ensures that welding can still be done on the profile despite the application of a primer.
Red or gray in color
We have the capability to apply the primer in either a red or a gray color. We typically produce in red as standard, but periodically, we also produce in gray. Please inquire about the options available.
Traceability
Both during shot-blasting and applying the primer to the profiles, we ensure that the materials maintain their full traceability at all times.
OUR SERVICES
Sawing
Cutting profiles to the required length is one of the services offered. We can perfrom sqaure cuts and mitre cuts, both horizontal and vertical mitre cuts.
Shot blasting
Any contaminants such as rust and mill scale are removed by shot-blasting. SA 2.5 is our standard.
Prime painting
By providing the steel profiles with a layer of primer, the material is temporary protected against external influences such as moisture.
Hot-dip galvanizing
Hot dip galvanizing is an effective method to protect steel against corrosion, rust and other harmful influences.
Bending
Bending steel beams is one of the additional services we offer. Our collaboration with external experts provides us the opportunity to deliver this high-quality service.
Stamping
By stamping materials with the corresponding heat number, we ensure that the material remains permanently traceable.
