Dear suppliers,
We would like to inform you of an important announcement regarding our incoming stock deliveries. During the summer we will have a temporary supply stop for deliveries for stock materials. This will take place during week 30, 31 and week 32. We want to make sure that everyone is informed in time so that appropriate measures can be taken.
Reason for the supply stop
The summer months are traditionally a time of maintenance and repairs within our facilities. This year we will use this time to make significant improvements and necessary maintenance work. Also, we have a reduced capacity due to the vacations of our colleagues around this period.
Important dates
- Start of the delivery stop: Week 30 (22 July)
- End of the delivery stop: Week 32 (11 August)
During these weeks, we will not be able to receive deliveries from our suppliers. It is essential that all stakeholders include this period in their schedules to minimize disruptions.
