Until what time can we deliver materials?

You can only deliver goods that are pre-announced. On the agreed date, the delivery of goods must take place before 12:00h. For more information regarding the delivery of goods you can download our delivery instructions on our download page.

Do you sell at the counter and can I take the materials directly?

No, it is only possible to order materials from us in advance. If you want to order material you can do this by phone or by mail. We will inform you about the delivery date. Depending on the agreed payment condition, you will receive a prepayment invoice, or the payment must be paid afterwards. It's not possible to pay by card or cash.

Until what time can I collect my order?

You can pick up your order after the agreed delivery date on working days (Mon-Fri) between 08:00h and 14:00h, with the exception of Friday. On Fridays you can collect orders until of 12:00h. I do not see material prices on the website, where can I enquire for prices?

Because the prices of steel are regularly subject to fluctuations, we do not have fixed prices. For price inquiries you can contact us via the contact page on our website, by phone at +31 318 509300, or you can get in touch with us by mail at info@heuvelman.com.

Why am I being charged for a 3.1 certificate (according to EN10204) with my order?

When you order profiles in S355 quality, you will always receive an accompanying 3.1 certificate (according to EN10204). We make no exceptions because we always want to ensure traceability for materials in S355 with matching 3.1 Mill Test Certificates.

I have paid the prepayment invoice, when can I expect the goods?

If you place an order that is paid for via a prepayment invoice, our colleague from sales will provide you with an indicative delivery time. Once we have received the payment, we will send you a confirmation along with the final date for pickup or delivery.

Can I have orders delivered neutrally directly to my customer?

Yes, we have the possibility to deliver your order neutrally directly to your customers in neutral trucks without any signs of Heuvelman Staal.

Up to what height can you cut profiles in a vertical miter?

We can cut profiles in a vertical miter with a maximum height of 700mm.
